 around in circles and all of the writing action I have made in the last
 few days, I am highly bewildered and confused.

On Monday the 22nd of November, my mother and I traveled to the doctor's
 office that I have SELECTED as PRIMARY CARE in my HUMANA managed 
insurance plan. It seems impossible to OBTAIN a provider in this WIERD 
ASS PERVERTED system. My need for INTEGRITY and HONESTY is tremendous 
and is the PRIORITY I MUST AWARD onto my ABILITY TO ASSESS my BEST 
CHOICE to pick and assign to my life function.

The doctor role is something I am NEEDING to be PLACED INTO ACTIVATION. 
  I AM CRYING RIGHT NOW, for I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG to be 
BLOCKED FOREVER from this task that CAN'T BE SUCCESSFUL.

Every ELEMENT that I weigh to the PATIENT SIDE of RESPECT seems to be 
ALTERED by some kind of HIDDEN ALLOWANCE to be able to DISMISS the 
OPINIONS of the PATIENT.  I DON'T LIKE IT ONE BIT!

Nothing of the outside authored articles posted online form a proper 
patient-centered delivery of services.

Something is in the way, taking an outside priority to remove my choices
 and take away my dignity.  These are so confused it is like an 
intentional means to take away my stability of life, thus intentionally 
driving me to insane.

The vision ideal you write, to be able to become engaged to then become 
comforted by giving the opportunity to know what to expect when I 
finally get to see the doctor in person.  My mom is 79 years old 
and I am using her to witness what happens.  What happens does not 
make any sense. What happens fails your interface purpose and any way to
 make that better fails to maintain a connection respectful of my need 
to express it.

To know what I am expecting.  
What I am expecting is not OBTAINABLE.

Anything and everyone I reach out for help does not work in the best 
interest of the patient.

The reactions I get from my attempt to inquiry the model of ethical view
 that is placed into our informational society resources.

Instead of clarity and intent to bring the patient into engagement --- 
you all intentionally do not engage back anything with me..

The message these actions are contrary to my need to be an informed 
consumer of medical care is literally more and more frightening each 
day.  To know this is not pleasant or nice to do this to me. Time 
and time again.

SWAT ME AWAY as like SHOE FLY DON'T BOTHER ME 
and the message it relates to me is --- GO FUCK OFF and DIE.

It MUST BE TRUE that YOU ALL CARE NONE for the OPINIONS of the PATIENT 
SIDE of this product you have developed. To express to you what I see 
has happened so that somehow you're aware of the hypocrisy apparently 
operating in the waiting room vs. the actual behind-the-door exam room 
with the doctor.

All anyone can do is look at my writing to determine what my motives are
 in all of this.

HOW DOES ONE OBTAIN THE NORMALCY OF THE STANDARD OF CARE BEING PRESENTED
 ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PATIENT/DOCTOR RELATIONSHIP?  THIS IS TO 
FORM TRUST.  TRUST SEEMS TO BE FOREVERMORE LOST AND NOT ABLE TO BE 
RETURNED BACK TO ME.

THE ELEMENTS OF THE DOCTOR TO OPERATE WITHIN THESE SAME MODELS OF BEST 
PRACTICES IS FLEETING!

NOTHING SEEMS TO BE RIGHT TO BOND ONTO UNDERSTANDING.

I AM SICK AND TIRED -- NO MORE EXCUSES --- I WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS 
HYPOCRISY WITHOUT WRITING OUT TO THE WORLD --- KNOWING I AM EXPRESSING 
AN ALL HELLS BELLS FAILURE IN GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT. I THOUGHT YOUR 
SERVICE INVOLVED WOULD BE THE KEY TO NEEDED CLARITY AND CHANGE.

I have no clue, absolutely no clue to what reasoning the doctor has used
 to justify what she did on Monday.  I have no clue, absolutely no 
clue to why the involving use of your providing service can't progress 
into a discussion/complaint or address someone for correction.

The determination that the ideals of your product onto the doctor's 
presence FAILED TO MAKE UNDERSTANDING.

I remain bewildered to the UNKNOWN EXPECTATION to the TRUST LOST in 
every aspect of my healthcare.  HUMANA itself can not keep honoring
 this same equation of integrity and trust delivered into my view and

There is no ESCAPE from the DEADLY DISEASE I have,  I am going to 
DIE FIRST in not having care I can TRUST,  Absolutely no one takes 
what I direct into account.  I retain a copy of everything I send. 
  I am not the crazy one.

You can't see in full detail how insane this is to witness right in 
front of me.

Whatever is out to the world showing as what are the common values to 
hold an ethical model of medicine that does not work to the best of 
HONESTY and/or INTEGRITY to what I would call BEST PRACTICES found

Monday was not the first time to count and sad to the expectations, will
 not be the last time for sure,

I keep encountering something sick of some kind of hidden intent in the 
way of my healthcare. 
I have the need upon you to become aware of what happened. 
Do you think I am just making this up?

The specific actions and their ending result of insult and wrong 
extremely point onto the product you have installed into an activity 
that is part of your service care delivery that failed. I can not see 
the reasons why.

A Rather ODD way to deal with our world. We are a collective of 
community. We are a collective of society.

We are CONTACTS with a set of GROUP IDENTIFIERS of INFLUENCE of 
communications that you ACCEPT into your view.

Apparently, as PATIENTPOINT defines patients are involved in the product
 development and delivery of your information service upon our society 
and communities.

ODD that of the 5 offered choices to identify the source of the message 
you are being sent,

From a PATIENT is not one of these identifiers we can select.

The point of view of PATIENTS might just be so true that you would 
rather not accept.  
That we can not select this is a comment from a PATIENT. Rather Ugly 
Truth As I See it,
We the patients are not included to offer comments on a product named 
PatientPoint.The fact that you blocked my accounts outside on social 
media affirms my position. This again is OUTRAGEOUS as default to 
consider on to your product.
